Join us in celebrating the power of queer artistry and expression! Confess It: Vocals & Vibes is a space where queer voices can be heard, unapologetically and authentically. Featuring powerful vocals and feel-good beats, this event is all about connection, self-expression and community.
Our night starts with three performances by Shelby Steele, Jamie & Karinthia and Mary Alice from 7-8:30pm. Stay after for Mazyck on the DJ decks until last call at 11pm.
Tickets are $12 in advance and $17 at the door. We'll also have a $10 cover starting at 8:30pm for Mazyck's set if you only want to come and dance after! Tickets sold before the show and at the door ahead of the cover include the entire night in the purchase.
Dorothy is 21+ and requires physical ID for all to enter. Dorothy is also ADA accessible with elevator access on Campbell Ave. If you are a guest who requires elevator access, please wait by the black door on Campbell Ave with our logo on it and call our staff to assist: 773-770-3799

Shelby Steele is a singer/songwriter adding country flare to the Chicago air. New to the music scene, she loves storytelling through her songs and making melodies out of experience. Jamie and Karinthia are an acoustic duo known for their versatility and genre-blending sound. Seamlessly moving between original songs and redefined classics, their music reflects their shared creativity and distinct artistic voices. Partners in both music and life, they craft honest, dynamic performances that resonate with audiences everywhere.
Mary Alice is a queer pop artist from Chicago who blends upbeat, feel-good pop with honest, emotional ballads. Inspired by the sounds of Ariana Grande, Sabrina Carpenter, and Tate McRae, Mary Alice writes lyrics that are both playful and real—creating music with the intention of promoting authenticity, self-expression, and a fun loving sense of confidence.
Mazyck is a queer DJ/Producer that makes House music, with a love of various genres and eras. She recently moved here from Ohio to further her career and passion.
